{FAMILY} – Montana Adoption Photographer

I’d been corresponding with N for nearly 4 months before we were able to meet for their family session.  Cold winter weather, and freak spring snow storms had prevented us from meeting sooner.  But it was a perfectly beautiful spring morning when we were able to finally get together for one of the most memorable and heartwarming family sessions I have ever had the pleasure of shooting! Thanks to E, N, sweet E and baby K to allowing me to capture a few moments for you.

I asked E & N to share their adoption story and here is what N wrote:

After struggling with infertility for 6 years, we gave birth to our daughter E. through in-vitro.   After her birth, we continued to be unable to conceive, even after several other in-vitro attempts.  We always wanted to adopt, and we realized that our inability to conceive presented the perfect opportunity for our family to grow through adoption.

After only 2 ½ months on the agency waiting list, K. joined our family.  We have so much respect for his birthmother and the hard choice she made.  We feel thankful every day that K. found his way into our family.
